You may fax your order 24 hours a day. Our Fax number is 208-908-6393. In order to ensure prompt processing, please provide the following:

Account Name
Billing and Shipping address
Purchase order number (if applicable)
Your name and telephone number
Product number / description
Unit of measure and quantity desired

Although we stock numerous products, we will be glad to research items we do not stock. We do ask you to provide us with some basic information including product description or manufacturer. Once yo place your order, it will be delivered as quickly as possible. Please note: special orders are non-returnable and cannot be canceled. Please notify us if you would like us to stock the item in the future.
We strive to deliver all orders complete the first time. If for some reason a product is out of stock at the time or ordering, we will back order the item and ship it as soon as it is received (usually within 2 weeks).
For your convenience, we offer open account purchases. These accounts are subject to our open account terms and satisfactory credit references. For your convenience we offer free freight delivery under most circumstances.
All orders placed will be delivered same or next day, subject to credit approval and availability. Our trained staff and large inventory guarantee prompt delivery.
In rare cases of emergency, orders can be delivered in South West Idaho the same day. Additional fees may apply.

Call our customer service department at 208-895-0033. We will ask for the order number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return, and provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

Write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label: Return the item prepaid via UPS, in its original packaging and original condition to:

*Note: You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns of 30 days from the date of purchase.
